Recently, the Canada Post strike and recent tariff changes have caused unexpected delays and disruptions for both our Canadian and U.S. clients. We know how important timely deliveries are—especially when it comes to keeping your feeding routines consistent—and we can’t thank you enough for your patience, kindness, and continued loyalty.
From the bottom of our hearts, we want to say thank you for standing by us through it all. Your understanding fuels our drive to keep improving, and your support reminds us why we do what we do every day.
🇨🇦 Shipping Within Canada
We’re continuing to ship all Canadian orders through Purolator. So far, this option has provided reliable delivery times and reasonable rates, helping us keep orders moving even through the postal disruptions.
Please note: Purolator cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your address includes one, contact us directly — we’re happy to help arrange the best delivery option for you, as Canada Post is beginning to operate again.
🇺🇸 Shipping to the U.S.
For our U.S. customers, we’ve temporarily switched to DHL Express to ensure your orders continue to move while Canada Post operations are affected.
We’ve noticed that DHL’s current rates are higher than usual, and we completely understand how frustrating that can be. Our team is actively working with DHL to secure better rates for our American clients.
UPDATE: We have currently reopened regular postal services for the USA to offer better shipping rates, while Canada Post is on a rotating schedule. However, please note that this may cause delays in shipments due to the capacity constraints Canada Post is experiencing.
Why We Recommend “Signature Required”
We’ve seen an increase in delivery issues across all carriers recently—packages marked as “delivered” but not received, or left in unexpected places.
To help protect your order, we highly recommend adding a note to your order requesting “Signature Required” at checkout (an extra $3.25). This ensures that your package is handed directly to you or an authorized recipient, adding an extra layer of safety and peace of mind.
If you choose not to add this option, keep a close eye on your tracking number and delivery updates to ensure a smooth experience.
Once a parcel is scanned as successfully delivered, our ability to assist with replacements or claims becomes limited.
