from 344 reviewsI have an insulin resistant pony with laminitis and these bags are great to hold 1 flake for her. I also have to soak her hay and these have held up very well! I have 4 in rotation now.
I having been using Nag Bags for years and when I have to replace one, which is not often. I am impressed how improvements have been done to make them easier to use, like much more draw rope so I can open them very wide to make filling easier. They are the only feed bags I use and I have tried many.
Recently purchased 3 Hanging bags. Wonderful so far! Very durable. My horse is just learning how to manage the bag and he goes after it pretty hard. So far it has held up well.
Customer service was very helpful when I had questions and the videos are very helpful for anyone new to hay nets. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
I love this bale bag. I had to switch to the 1” as my horse has mastered the 1.5” but the old bag still looks next to new with no holes after almost 2 years of daily use.
I also find this bag a little wider than other brands which makes it a lot easier to get over the bale.
I switched to the NagBags hay nets from another brand that was knotted and a much rougher texture. My horse uses hay nets nightly now. She is so much happier with a softer net! The net has a soft texture but is still very strong. I expect it to hold up a very long time. The folks at NagBags were so very nice and helpful also. They are very responsive if you have questions- a real caring person- not AI!
Have been using these nets for several years now. They are strong, yet soft on horse teeth and lips. They have helped me keep my two horses with PPID healthy for 8 years now. Recommend this product.
What an amazing feeder! I opted for the 1-inch Nag Bag for my three alpacas and filled it with 2 kg of dry alfalfa hay. At first, they were frustrated, not being used to slow feeders. But by the second day, I was delighted to find the hay gone by morning. The bag is incredibly sturdy and well-crafted. It’s now my confirmed go-to slow feeder!
I had an inquiry about my new day bags and Linda promptly addressed my concerns. Thank you and along as I have horses, I will only use nag bags. First bought them in 2011. 😊
So far, I like the size and ease of filling. The net looks well made. Haven’t been using it long enough to comment on durability.
Speedy delivery! Thank you..I now have 8 and have used them for years, daily, and they are still in perfect shape..highly recommend! As you can see he would rather eat from the bag than off the ground..they love their Nag Bags,!
I have a bunch of these nets! I use them in the stalls and out in the pasture. I love that they’re knotless so they don’t damage my horses gums. They’re also very easy to fill compared to other nets. I had a problem with the seam on one of my bags and Nag bags customer service was wonderful and replaced my bag. I highly recommend them!
Love the Nag Bag. No knots and easy on their little muzzles. They won't eat out of any other bag! :)
Well I need to amend my review. Mandy did call me and provided helpful information. For some reason, although I live in VA the purchase was stuck in small town California but did finally arrive. Not Nag Bags fault or something they could correct. I do plan to order another smaller bag. Now if I could figure out how to delete my old review….,. Not a very tech oriented old person.
Got the ring and net combo. Got the 1.5” net and wish I had a bigger one is the only thing I have bad. I do believe the 2” would be a better fit for horses than the 1.5 but I hope it loosens up. The ring is great though. Went together easy and is light but not so light I’m afraid the wind will get it.
great net topper and delivered fast
